Directions
Add Allspice Essential Oil to a carrier oil and apply to the abdomen area to help alleviate problems with indigestion or as a massage application for stiff muscles. Or use it in a roll-on to enhance a DIY cologne scent.
Aromatic: Diffuse 1-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 0.3% in a carrier.
