Directions

Aromatic - Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 2-3% in a carrier.  Roll-on -Apply to the chest or tops of feet prior to bedtime. Pre-diluted to 3% for your convenience.

Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Peel Oil, Beta-Caryophyllene (Isolate), Linalool (Isolate), Linalyl Acetate (Isolate), Vetiveria Zizanoides (Vetiver) Root Oil, Anthemis Nobilis (Roman Chamomile) Flower Oil.  Roll-on - also has Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (FCO)
