Try diluting Douglas Fir in a carrier oil and adding to any massage blend for a pick-me-up, or try diffusing Douglas Fir during common cold season to help support healthy breathing. Douglas Fir also has that traditional 'Christmas Tree' scent, perfect for making your faux tree smell a little more real.

Directions

Aromatic - Diffuse 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier.
