Directions

Aromatic - Diffuse using 3-5 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 1-3% in a carrier and apply to wrists or anoint area representing the chakra (tops of feet or back of the knees) by gently massaging in a clockwise direction.
