Directions

Not intended for ingestion. Add a few drops of Crave Control to a personal aromatherapy inhaler and carry it in your pocket or bag — when you get a sudden craving or desire to munch, simply close your eyes and inhale. You can also diffuse Crave Control in your office or at home.
Roll-on - Roll onto the palms of your hands, bring your hands to your face and take a few deep breaths. Then, massage the blend into your neck or arms.

Contains the 100% pure, undiluted essential oils of Copaiba, Grapefruit Pink, Turmeric CO2, Lemon Myrtle, and Yuzu.
